What’s been happening:

Judy (Buffington) Shepler and I met, married, and then graduated from PSU in 1964.I returned to Penn State in 1966 to work on my Masters in marketing. We have two children: Amy who was born in 1969 when I was in Vietnam; And Deke whom we adopted from Korea when he was five. Amy gave us two granddaughters and Deke three grandsons. After graduation I held advertising and marketing positions with Ford, Westinghouse, TRW, and several advertising agencies. In 1983, Judy and I started Shepler & Company, an ad agency that specialized in Business-to-Business marketing communications. We were quite successful, and in 2000 we retired.
